  On a road trip, We took took our one month old Ram 1500 pickup truck to Rancho Car wash. After going through the car wash it had 4 deep 18” scuff marks on the hood. It is questionable whether two of them will be able to be buffed out. Management and ownership showed no concern.

  They always do a great job of washing, vacuuming and detailing my car. And we have two dogs so it gets dirty and hairy quick. I wish they had a central tip jar stand that I've seen at other places, that would make it easier but I just give it to the person who finishes my car and hopefully it gets divided among the other 5 people who helped clean it. I don't understand why the cashier has a tip jar, that's weird.
