  Raw connection treats customers with great care, but employees and suppliers, not so much.
  My experience, years ago, was confirmed this morning by one of her former employees.
  Some store owners seem to have a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde approach to business. Customers walk away feeling good, but employees and suppliers feel the scars for years.
