  I've been a loyal customer of these products for 20 years. This is the only visit in that time where I encountered an associate that did not engage me. The woman working never left the register. I was the only customer in the store and she chose to stand at the register and read something. This is also the only time I've ever walked out with 1 item. If she had engaged me, I can assure I would have spent more. In case the company reads this, I visited 11/8/17 in the afternoon. She was an older woman with long blondish hair with some grey worn down, but pulled back off her face. She wore glasses. She could use some customer service training.
